Lynn is originally from Wisconsin but has lived all over the United States.  She is currently the Executive Director of the Tri-State Graduate Center in Sioux City, Iowa.  The Center provides graduate courses and degrees to residents of Siouxland through a consortium of seventeen colleges and universities in Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota, Previously, Lynn was Dean of Arts, Letters, and Sciences at Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Minnesota.  She received her Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Cincinnati, and both her master’s degree in Educational Administration and bachelor’s in Behavioral Science from National University in San Diego, California.

Lynn is secretary of the Sioux City Downtown Rotary Club and is a past president of the Suburban Sioux City Rotary Club.  This is her second year as an Assistant District Governor.
