David graduated form Augustanta College.  In August he will be employed for 33 years at Reliabank  In 1995-1996, David taught banking in Central Asia on USAID Project.  He also taught at the Graduate School of Banking in Colorado in 2006.  He is a State Director at ICBA.  He was the president of the Watertown Rotary Club in 2006-2007 and was named to the District 5610 Group Study Exchange in 2007.
