The first priority in Rotary’s Action Plan is to Increase Our Impact. As I have my club visits, I am impressed by the number of projects that are being done. But at the same time, I feel there is an opportunity to do even more projects.
A positive outcome from doing more projects is that we should and need to ask for help in those projects. As we look to the younger generation to keep our organization moving forward we need to keep in mind that the younger generation wants to do projects and see the results of their efforts. We need to find out what projects they are interested in and help them complete their projects. Doing these things will increase the impact we have on our communities, our world and ourselves!
